Eating Well

Mealtimes provide natural occasions for socializing with friends and neighbors as well as enjoying a nutritious meal. Noon time meals are available to anyone 60 years of age or older (and their spouses, regardless of age) at Senior Dining Sites throughout the Northeast Kingdom. Click this link for Senior Meal locations and schedules.

Home delivered meals are available to those who are unable to reach a Meal Site because of illness or frailty. These meals are delivered by volunteers who generously donate their time. The senior meal programs that provide this service rely on donations to support their work.

If you are interested in volunteering as a home delivered meals driver, please call the Senior HelpLine 1-800-642-5119
