People of all ages and fitness levels benefit from regular exercise. We sponsor a variety of classes designed with healthy lifestyles in mind. These programs, which are offered without charge include weight training, Tai Chi and balance improvement. If it’s been awhile since you’ve exercised, be sure to check with your health care provider before starting a new routine.
